J is for Just Keep Writing

J is for Just Keep Writing.

This seems so simple, but there are certain days where it feels impossible to write. I remember author Antoinette Truglio Martin, who has an adorable children’s book launching next month called Famous Seaweed Soup, give the advice of, “Once you finish one project, start something else, just keep writing.”

When working on a manuscript, it can feel never ending or you may run into writers block. Whether you switch gears to work on a new manuscript, write a blog post, an article for a magazine or newspaper, just keep writing. Like so many other skills, the more you practice, the better you become. Practice makes progress. Just. Keep. Writing.
