Helping children find things that make them unique and celebrating those ideas is very important. We all have strengths, just like we all have weakness. If someone asked you right now, what makes you special? How would you answer?
Too often we get wrapped up in the comparison game and we feel like we should be a certain way to do a certain thing. Helping children learn to be proud of who they are is beautiful. How boring would it be if we were all the same? Let children see us celebrate our uniqueness. Let children see us being proud of who we are.
